EDUCATION AND CAREER

In 2023 Naira mastered Bachelor’s degree program at the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg.

In 2022 she additionally mastered the course “Fundamentals and Specifics of International Commercial and European Law”, organized by the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”.
Naira is specialized in arbitration, commercial and intellectual property law, in particular, copyright, legal protection of means of individualization of goods, works, services (trademarks, service marks), as well as enterprises (commercial designations, brand names). Moreover, she specializes in contracts such as licensing agreements and commercial concessions.

Naira has practiced in conducting pre-trial and judicial protection of intellectual property rights, including copyrights to literary works, as well as experience in contractual work (drafting license agreements, contracts of sale).
