On April 18-19, 2024, the International Scientific Conference “Religion, Worldview and Pure Doctrine of Law” was held at the Faculty of Law of the Higher School of Economics – St. Petersburg, the sponsor of which was our bureau. The conference was devoted to the discussion of the development of fundamental jurisprudence in the context of modern political and legal phenomena, including those related to the increasing attention to the religious and ideological foundations of social reality. The key moment in the discussion was the discussion of the current state and prospects for the development of G. Kelsen’s normative theory of law, associated with attention to the development of the law of national states in an era of instability.
