One of our company’s clients is engaged in the manufacture of expensive gift watches. As part of one of the orders, a batch of watches was manufactured and transferred to a legal entity-customer on the terms of a 50% prepayment. The customer accepted the watches they ordered, but was in no hurry with the payment, citing internal problems – a change of leadership, a change of address, and other difficulties.

After the client, with our help, filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow, the customer stopped looking for excuses for non-payment and offered to settle the matter amicably. As a result of the settlement conducted with the mediation of our bureau, the customer agreed to pay off the debt in installments, including interest for the delay in payment, payment of the state fee, and legal services.

The Arbitration Court approved the draft settlement agreement prepared by us, the dispute was resolved, the debt to our client was fully repaid.
