- counselling on interaction with the government agencies and local government bodies
- full-service legal support for obtaining the authorization documentation for various types of activities, assistance in license granting preparation for measures of state supervision (checks), support during their performance and handling of the results for the conducted measures of state supervision
- assessment of legitimacy and justification of the non-regulatory legal acts, decisions and actions (inaction) of the government agencies, local government bodies or their officials
- challenging non-regulatory legal acts, decisions and actions (inaction) of the government agencies, local government bodies or their officials in an extra judicial (administrative) procedure
- challenging non-regulatory legal acts, decisions and actions (inaction) of the government agencies, local government bodies or their officials in a judicial proceeding
- challenging regulatory legal acts and acts containing clarifications of the legislation and having the regulatory properties in a judicial procedure
- recovery of damages caused by the government agencies and local government bodies or officials of these bodies at the expense of the Russian Federation, the appropriate constituent entity of the Russian Federation or municipal formation
